Easel Signs for Trade Show Booths
Easel signs are an important part of trade show booths and other meetings and events needing graphic displays.
Use easel signs to announce new products and show specials, give meeting room schedules, and provide directions.
Since easel signs needs to be rigid, we typically print on paper and then mount the paper onto foamcore board. This can be laminated with either gloss or matte laminate for durability. You can write on gloss laminated easel signs with a dry erase marker.
Our rule is that if you are going to use easel signs for a day or two, foamcore will be fine, but if it needs to travel from place to place, mounting on gatorboard will ensure that your easel signs will look better for longer. Gatorboard is a tougher version of foamcore.
We also offer a plastic edge trim that keeps the easel sign edges from damage during handling, available in black, white, gold, silver, and clear.
We usually see easel signs in 22x28 or 24x36” size. We do not recommend them any larger than 30x40”, which is about as big as an easel can hold.

If you are doing large numbers of easel signs for an event such as a sales meeting, we can produce them on our flatbed printer at a lower cost. Typically, we need 10 or more signs for this. Call us for pricing.
